A newly developed line capable of processing carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet products. Blank widths and/or lengths down to 12" and widths up to 50" are capable of being processed. Multiple blank widths can be coated simultaneously for improved productivity.
Processing includes single stage hot water washing with top and bottom airless spray application and drying of the considered coatings. Dry film lubricants and other waterborne coatings are available.
